CRMOZ Terms of Service ("ToS")

    1. Service Scope and Custom Development

    CRMOZ provides services related to Zoho Software implementation, integration, customization, and support. Our services may include consultations, project management, and custom development to help businesses optimize their use of Zoho products.       Custom Development: CRMOZ provides custom development as it is, using PHP Laravel framework, Vue.js, React.native, custom development for Zoho platforms, including Zoho CRM, Zoho One, and many more, and integrations with third-party applications.

      Discovery Phase: We conduct a thorough discovery process to understand your business needs before starting any project. We provide BPMN scheme, Ghant charts.

      Post-Implementation Support: After delivery, we offer ongoing support as outlined in the specific service agreement.

    2. Service Availability

      Access to Services: CRMOZ will provide you with access to our services during agreed-upon hours. Any downtime or delays will be communicated as necessary.

      Service Level Agreements (SLA): We aim to deliver our services in a timely manner and commit to responding to all inquiries within a reasonable timeframe.

    3. Client Responsibilities

      Access to Resources: You must provide CRMOZ with access to necessary systems, accounts, and data to ensure the proper execution of services.

      Collaboration: You are expected to collaborate with CRMOZ in good faith, providing any additional resources or clarifications requested.

    4. Support and Maintenance

      Support Packages: CRMOZ offers flexible support packages, including custom hours based on your needs. The pricing and availability of support are outlined in the agreement.

      Maintenance: CRMOZ will ensure that the solutions we provide continue to function properly. If any issues arise, they will be addressed promptly.

    5. Payments and Billing

      Payment Terms: Payments for our services are due according to the billing terms outlined in the contract.

      Late Fees: Payments not made on time may incur additional fees, as described in the agreement.

    6. Termination of Service

      Termination by Client: The client may terminate the service by providing a written notice as per the agreed terms.

      Termination by CRMOZ: We reserve the right to terminate services for non-compliance with these Terms.

    7. Confidentiality and Data Privacy

      Data Protection: CRMOZ will protect all sensitive data and ensure it is used solely for the purpose of delivering services.

      Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or confidential information exchanged during the course of the engagement.

    8. Limitation of Liability
