We've become accustomed to multitasking—working with different apps, jumping from one browser tab to another—but it doesn't have to be this way. Thanks to new app features and extensions, working online has become much easier.
Introducing eWidget in Zoho Mail—a widget that works with both Zoho and other apps.
With this new widget, you can view information and work across apps directly from the Zoho Mail client. The widget lets you select the apps you use most often and rearrange them for convenience. Any actions you take in the widget will be saved across the apps, ensuring optimal productivity.
Smoother Customer Relationships
Having good relationships with your customers is crucial, and Zoho Mail can help.
Thanks to integration with Zoho CRM, the widget provides access to information such as lead and contact information, tasks, notes, events, and callbacks. The widget lets you select a lead/contact to contact. If you receive an email and the sender isn't yet among your leads, you can create a new lead using the widget without leaving your email client.
No Unanswered Questions
If your responsibilities include processing, creating, and managing tickets, we suggest trying the Zoho Desk and Zendesk extensions. You can create, find, edit, view, and comment on tickets directly from the widget. If you receive an email that requires a ticket, the contextual integration is especially convenient—when you create a ticket, the widget populates the relevant fields with the information from the email.
One Task at a Time
Need to reply to an email? Put together a presentation? Invite clients to a demo? These tasks are much easier with the new widget.
Working is much easier when your work is broken down into projects and tasks, but tracking and managing tasks is a different story. This is where a project management tool comes in handy. Open another spreadsheet? Absolutely not! If you use Zoho Mail, Zoho Projects, or Asana, you can do all this directly from your email client. Browse different projects and their tasks, use the search field to quickly find tasks, and mark them complete when finished. It's all much easier with the widget.
New Contacts
New contacts play a vital role in business development. If you know more than just a person's email address, you're sure to establish a strong connection. If you use a contact management program like Clearbird or FullContact, the widget will automatically display contact information in your email. These two platforms are available as widget extensions for displaying lead or company contact information.
Simplified Financial Document Management
When you receive an email from one of your clients, you might want to review all the details of your collaboration. The widget displays all contact information, invoices, payments, and orders directly in your email client. This is possible thanks to integration with Zoho Finance Suit.
Keep your secrets safe with Zoho Vault
Access data stored in Zoho Vault directly from the Zoho Mail widget.
Create, edit, and manage your passwords through the widget. Use the search field and filter to find the information you need, and mark it as a favorite.
