Zoho CRM Authorization Token

Each Zoho account has a limit on token generation. If your limit has been reached, delete one of the previously generated tokens and generate a new one.
Here you can view information about all your tokens and delete any of them. If you delete a token, the software or service using that token will stop working.

You can generate multiple tokens and assign a "name" to each one. This allows you to track request usage statistics for external applications that use the tokens.

The token name is specified in the URL:

An authorization token is a unique key for each user, consisting of a combination of letters and numbers. The token is required to authenticate your Zoho CRM credentials. It is used to integrate your Zoho CRM account with third-party software and services; for example, the token is necessary when installing and configuring extensions for Zoho CRM.

How do I generate a token?

1. Log in to your Zoho account.
2. Open the webpage in a new browser tab.
3. Click the "Generate Authtoken" button.
4. The system will generate a unique key, which serves as the authorization token.
If your Zoho account password is saved in your browser, the token will be generated automatically; otherwise, you will need to enter your login and password.

This key can be used in all API calls. Please note that the generated token will not be saved on the token generation page, so we strongly recommend noting it down. Each key is unique and permanent. If the user becomes inactive, the token will automatically become invalid.
How do I manage tokens?
You can access your account's tokens and keys by logging into your Zoho account.
